We collect and process the following personal data from individuals booking Single Classes or Packages (class credits):First and last name, email address, date of birth, and (optional) telephone number: Used to perform agreements (e.g., Packages, Single Classes), for related communications, and administrative purposes (e.g., enabling class bookings, offering free trials, and creating accounts with our booking system).Bank account number (IBAN): Processed for payments made via our Website and for automatic direct debit for Packages.Class booking history and credit usage: Tracked to manage validity periods for Packages (e.g., 1 Credit = 1 month, 10 Credits = 5 months) and to enforce cancellation and rescheduling policies (e.g., 24-hour cancellation notice for credit refunds).Email preferences: Used to send updates, offers, events, or news-related emails based on your preferences.Medical information (if provided): Processed to ensure your safety during classes, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions (Section 8.1 and 8.4). This may include information about injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy.
