How do I book my first class? To book, you'll need to register first. The free trial can only be booked here on the website — after that, everything else is possible in the app too. Clicking on a credit pack or the class schedule will take you to a register page. If you already have an account, log in before making a booking or purchase. Do I need to download an app to book? Not for your first booking — that always happens on the branded website. After that, you can keep using the branded website, or switch to the UGG Studios app (available on the App Store and Play Store) for an easier booking experience. The app is recommended but not required. How do I cancel a class booking? You can cancel up to 12 hours before class without penalty. Cancelling within 12 hours counts as a late cancellation, and your credit will be lost (a penalty fee may also apply). How do I cancel and rebook a free trial? You'll need to register with the same email you used for your trial, cancel via "My Bookings," then log out and rebook as a guest to get another free trial. What happens if I'm on the waitlist for a class? While you're on the waitlist for a class, you can't book anything else in that same timeslot, unless you remove yourself from the waitlist first. How do I book a red light therapy session?Red light therapy is bookable in slots, in the app — same as your credit packages. It's also possible to book and/or purchase your red light packages in the studio. When do my credits expire?Credit packs are valid for a set period depending on pack size: 1 credit — 1 month; 3 credits — 1 month; 5 credits — 2 months; 10 credits — 5 months; 20 credits — 10 months. Unused credits expire once that validity period ends, and refunds for unused packages aren't provided after expiry. Can I cancel my purchase? You can cancel an online purchase within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the product hasn't been used yet. This 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to same-day single classes. Outside that window, refunds for unused packages aren't available once the validity period expires; during validity, refunds are at the company's discretion and may incur a cancellation fee. Single classes are non-refundable once purchased, except if the studio cancels the class.
Facilities
What concepts and bookable services does the studio offer?Westfield Studios offers two class concepts — The CLB (barbell-led strength training) and PILAT3S (dynamic Reformer Pilates) — plus red light therapy as a separate bookable service for recovery. What other facilities does the studio have? The studio has Hyperice Normatec leg compression boots and Hyperice massage guns. There are three massage beds available, and one PolarWave cold plunge. These wellness amenities don't need to be booked. The studio also has showers, with shampoo and body wash from Marie Stella Maris, hair dryers, and lockers. What should I bring to class? There's a towel service in the studio, so you don't need to bring your own towel. If you'd like to use a locker, you'll need a padlock — bring your own or buy one on-site. Valuables should not be left in the studio itself. If you've booked a PILAT3S session, grip socks are required. What time should I arrive?Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Once the class has started, doors close and you won't be able to enter. Do I need to check in?Yes, everyone checks in at the front desk before class.
