Description of the position
You are the point of contact for our members and you ensure that everyone is well served! You answer all questions related to membership, our member management system and other questions about TrainMore or HIGH STUDIOS with attention. You are also responsible for credit management. We are looking for a go-getter with good communication skills who can help everyone full of energy! Do you have what it takes?
Tasks & responsibilities
· You answer emails and chats quickly and representatively
· You process member mutations in our member administration system
· You handle the questions from our collection agencies and you are the point of contact for the club managers
· You are willing to do other administrative tasks in addition to your customer contact tasks
· You contribute to digitizing our entire administration
· You think about good ideas to make our service even more efficient
· You resolve complaints professionally, advise and inform customers
Requirements & personal qualities
· You are honest and have a strong sense of responsibility
· You work accurately, you have good communication skills and you have a customer-oriented attitude
· You have good empathy and you enjoy helping people
· You are a team player who likes working with colleagues from different departments and clubs
· You have persistence: an empty inbox is a challenge!
· You ensure that customer satisfaction remains high
· You have excellent speaking and writing skills in the Dutch and English language
· You have financial knowledge
· You have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
· You are passionate about the urban style that the UGG radiates
· Knowledge of our Gymmanager membership administration system is an advantage
